This maintenance is required in order to perform security updates and other software updates.
Maintenance will affect all servers within the shared network (web, mail, sql, mysql, panel, and all other related servers/services).

This work will be SERVICE IMPACTING and outage time for each server is expected to be between 5 to 10 minutes.

Please be advised that we will be performing maintenance on our windows hosting network on Saturday, December 13th 2008 from 10:00pm ET to 02:00am ET.

This maintenance is required in order to perform security updates and other software updates.
Maintenance will affect all servers within the network (web, mail, sql, mysql, panel, and all other related servers/services).
This maintenance will also include the upgrade of the control panel to the newest version 2.8.1. 

This work will be SERVICE IMPACTING and outage time for each server is expected to be between 5 to 10 minutes

Thanks to all the great technicians our server upgrade went flawlessly with very little downtime. 

We will be performing scheduled maintenance on your server on Wednesday November 12th at approx 06:00am GMT. During this time we will be upgrading our Apache web server to version 2.2.10 (from 1.3.4x). We will also be upgrading the operating system from CentOS

4.7 to CentOS 5.2.

This upgrade will allow us to provide you with a higher level of performance and security. During the upgrade we will also be installing a new set of mod_security rules which will add to the overall protection of our clients websites. We will also be upgrading our firewall software which help deflect distributed denial of service attacks and ensure that your site is kept functioning at optimal levels.

The server will stay online during this time however while the Apache service is recompiled your website will be unavailable for an estimated 30-45 minutes. During this time an unbranded, generic "Under Maintenance" page will be displayed instead of your normal content.
